FIRST... Call Keystone at 703-516-0300 to arrange for a Remote Assistance session.

THEN... Click on the Remote Assistance icon here or on the home page. This will download and install the remote control software that works over the Internet, across firewalls. It takes just a few moments, and you may have to click through one or two message boxes asking, in effect, if you know what you are doing.

After the software is installed, you will see the Keystone Computer Remote Assistance window. Double-click on Help Desk #1, #2, #5 or #7, as directed by your Keystone tech when you call. This will initiate a remote-control session with your tech.

FINALLY... When the session is over, the remote-control software unistalls itself completely. No registry changes, no cookies, no spyware, no secret doors... NO SECURITY VULNERABILITIES!
